Judge Robert C. Winkler
Judge Robert C. Winkler has served the citizens of Hamilton County in many capacities for over 27 years. He began his career as a Hamilton County assistant prosecuting attorney, followed by the private practice of law and for over 12 years has served the citizens of Hamilton County as judge. During his time as judge, Judge Winkler has presided over more than 33,000 civil and criminal cases.
Judge Winkler comes from a strong family tradition of public service. For more than 10 years the judge’s late mother faithfully served western Hamilton County as an Ohio State Representative. His father served as a Judge in the Hamilton County Municipal Court, Court of Common Pleas and the First District Court of Appeals.
Judge Winkler is married and the proud father of a son and twin daughters. He is a lifelong resident of Hamilton County and has a vested interest in ensuring that Hamilton County remains a safe community for all of its citizens.
